The company is a member of the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria and holds Certificate No. I – NV 011295 and NV 010596 First Group for the implementation of constructions from the first to the fifth category and constructions under Art.137, par..1, item..1, letter “M” and item.2 letter “Z”, cultural monuments with the category of “local, national and world importance; Certificate No. I I – NV 002842 – Second Group, constructions of the third and fourth category; Certificate No. I I I – NV 003194 – Third Group, constructions of the second and third category; Certificate No. I V – NV 005463-Fourth Group, constructions from the first to the third category; Certificate No. V – NV 007785 for constructions of the Fifth Group.
At the beginning of 2009, "Techno-Energy" OOD became part of the "CONSORTIUM FOR ENGINEERING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION" DZZD, according to a founding agreement dated 11.03.2009. The purpose of the agreement is to participate in the design, construction, construction and repair activities of sites and the implementation of contracts financed by contracting authorities under the Public Procurement Act, including projects financed by the European Union.
